Paragraph 21 Construction environmental management planI1

(1)
No authorised development is to commence until a final CEMP has been submitted to and approved in writing by the relevant planning authority in consultation with Natural Resources Wales. The final CEMP must be in accordance with the CEMP and must include the following during construction—
(a)
a waste management plan;
(b)
a pollution prevention and emergency response plan;
(c)
a water management plan; and
(d)
a dust management plan and an invasive weeds management plan.
(2)
All construction works must be undertaken in accordance with the CEMP approved under paragraph (1).
