Paragraph 4 Stages of authorised developmentI1

No authorised development may commence until a written scheme setting out all the stages of the authorised development has been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority, after consultation with the relevant highway authority.

Written notice of the commencement and completion of each stage of the authorised development and the operational use of that part of the authorised development shall be given to the relevant planning authority and relevant highway authority within 10 business days of the relevant event occurring.
