The Satellite Television Service Regulations 1997f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 3(b)(ii), after the words “EEA State” insert “(within the meaning given by Schedule 1 to the Interpretation Act 1978)”.

Paragraph 14 of the Schedule is omitted.
