Paragraph 1

In this Part of this Schedule—

• “the appointed day” means the appointed day referred to in paragraph 5, 7 or 14, as the case may be;

• “the existing enactments” means—

  1. (a)

     the 2006 byelaws;

  2. (b)

     the Broads Authority Speed Limit Byelaws 1992; and

  3. (c)

     section 94 of the 1907 Act.
