(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Building (Amendment) Regulations 2011.

(2)

These Regulations shall come into force on 15th July 2011.

(3)

In these Regulations—

  • “the 2007 Regulations” means the Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007f1;

  • “the 2010 Regulations” means the Building Regulations 2010f2.
