England and Wales

In these Regulations—

  • “the 2010 Regulations” means the Building Regulations 2010f1;

  • “the Building Amendment Regulations” means the Building Regulations &c. (Amendment) Regulations 2012f2; and

  • “the EPB Regulations” means the Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012f3.
