Section 134 Regulations requiring provision of information: confidentiality and data protectionI1

(1)

Regulations under sections 39, 49, 50 and 87 may provide that a disclosure of information by a person in accordance with the regulations does not breach—

(a)

any obligation of confidence owed by the person in relation to the information, or

(b)

any other restriction on the disclosure of information (however imposed).
