Regulation 2 Amendment to the Bus Service Operators Grant (Wales) Regulations 2002

The Bus Service Operators Grant (Wales) Regulations 2002^f1 is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

In regulation 3(1)(a)(i), for “section 509 of the Education Act 1996” substitute “sections 3, 4 and 6 of the Learner Travel (Wales) Measure 2008”.
