Regulation 11 United Kingdom Accreditation Service
The Secretary of State may authorise the United Kingdom Accreditation Service M1 to carry out the following activities on behalf of the Secretary of State–—
assessing whether a conformity assessment body meets the requirements of Article 26 of Regulation 2016/424/EU; and
monitoring F1approved bodies in relation to their compliance with the requirements of Chapter 4 of Regulation 2016/424/EU.
