In the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 M1, in column (1) of Schedule 1, omit the words “The Cableway Installations Regulations 2004” and in column (2) omit the words “S.I. 2004/129”.

In the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 M2, in column (1) of Schedule 2, omit the words “The Cableway Installations Regulations 2004” and in column (2) omit the words “S.I. 2004/129”.
