After section 55Z2 insert—
“Notification of the European bodies
55Z2AA regulator must notify the European Commission and the European Banking Committee established by European Commission Decision 2004/10/EC of any authorisation granted for the purposes of the capital requirements directive to a credit institution whose head office is not in an EEA State.”.
