Scotland
(1)
This section and sections 1 and 4 come into force on the day after Royal Assent.
(2)
Section 2 comes into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by regulations appoint.
(3)
The power conferred by subsection (2) includes the power to make transitional, transitory or saving provision.
