These Regulations are called the Central Rating (Wales) Regulations 2005 and come into force on —

(a)

for all purposes other than those of regulation 17, on 31 March 2005, and

(b)

for the purposes of regulation 17, on 1 April 2005.

(2)

These Regulations apply only in relation to Wales.
