Paragraph 38 Data-gathering Powers (Relevant Data) Regulations 2012

In regulation 18 of the Data-gathering Powers (Relevant Data) Regulations 2012 M1 (dealing in other property), in paragraph (a), after “clearing house” insert “ or a central securities depository ”.
