provide for the forming, keeping and revising of a church electoral roll for that Island and the election of lay members of the Deanery Synod;

elect representatives both clerical and lay to the F2Diocesan Synod in accordance with directions given by that conference; and

elect, through its lay members, one member of the House of Laity.
