The Charities (Exception from Registration) Regulations 2010^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2 after “Subject to” insert “regulation 4 and to”.

In regulation 3 after “Subject to” insert “regulation 4 and to”.

(4)

After regulation 3 insert—

“(4)
These Regulations do not apply to a charity which is constituted as a charitable incorporated organisation.”.
