Regulation 27 Amendment of regulation 44 of the Departure Direction RegulationsI1

In paragraph (5) of regulation 44 of the Departure Direction Regulations (maintenance assessment following a departure direction where there is a phased maintenance assessment), for the words “paragraphs (1) to (3)” there shall be substituted the words “paragraphs (1) and (3)”.
