Regulation 28 Amendment of regulation 46 of the Departure Direction RegulationsI1

At the end of sub-paragraph (b) of regulation 46 of the Departure Direction Regulations (special case—departure direction having effect from the date earlier than effective date of current assessment), there shall be added the words “or, where regulation 11A (meaning of “current assessment” for the purposes of the Act) applies, in respect of the fresh maintenance assessment referred to in that regulation”.
