(1)
Regulation 9 of the Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases Regulations shall be further amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.
(2)
In paragraph (1)—
(a)
sub-paragraph (c) shall be omitted;
(b)
in sub-paragraph (f), the words “but he is not a parent to whom sub-paragraph (c) applies” shall be omitted.
(3)
In paragraph (2)(c)(iv) after “paragraph 3” there shall be inserted “(1)”.
