Regulation 2 Amendment to the Childcare (Voluntary Registration) Regulations 2007

The Childcare (Voluntary Registration) Regulations 2007^f1 are amended as follows.

After regulation 7 insert—

“Annual fee payable by a registered person

7A.

(1)

The time prescribed for the purposes of section 89(1) of the Act is the day which is the anniversary of the date of a person’s registration under section 64(1) or (2) of the Act.

(2)

The fee prescribed for the purposes of section 89(1) of the Act is—

(a)

in the case of a person registered under section 64(1) of the Act, £100;

(b)

in the case of a person registered under section 64(2) of the Act, £110.”.
