Article 145 Appeal against refusal of licence, etc.

(1)

The applicant or holder of a licence may, where Article 144(1) applies, appeal to the court.

(2)

An appeal shall not be brought under paragraph (1) by the applicant or holder of a licence more than 28 days after the service on him of the notice required by Article 144(2).
