Regulation 1 Title, commencement and application

The title of these Regulations is the Children (Secure Accommodation) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2016.

These Regulations come into force on 6 April 2016 immediately after the coming into force of The Children (Secure Accommodation) (Wales) Regulations 2015^f1.

(3)

These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
