In the appointment of persons F2in pursuance of section 5(2)(a) of the M1Employment and Training Act 1973 to advise the Secretary of State with respect to the performance of the functions conferred on him by virtue of F3section 10(6) of that Act regard shall be had to the desirability of . . . F4 including one or more persons with experience of work among, and the special needs of, young disabled persons and to the person or persons with that experience being or including a disabled person or persons.
