Paragraph 4

United Kingdom

For paragraph 1 there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

An application by the Civil Aviation Authority F1or a person who holds a licence under Chapter I of Part I of the Transport Act 2000 (“a licence holder”)to the Secretary of State for a vesting order shall be in the prescribed form.”.
