Paragraph 11

In this Schedule—

  • “the appropriate person” means—

    1. (a)

      except where the order was made in respect of Eurocontrol, the person in respect of whom the order was made; and

(b)

where the order was made in respect of Eurocontrol, the Secretary of State;

  • “the order”, in relation to a direction, means the order in pursuance of which the direction is given;

  • “owner” has the same meaning as in section 56 of this Act.
