The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 67(1) and (2) of the Race Relations Act 1976^f1; by sections 2 and 26 of the County Courts Act 1984^f2 and by sections 117(4) and 374 of the Insolvency Act 1986^f3, hereby makes the following Order:—
