Regulation 22 Transitional and saving provision – Part 31I1

In relation to a mediation to which the Cross-Border Mediation (EU Directive) Regulations 2011 M1 applied before F1IP completion day , rule 31.3 continues to apply on and after IP completion day as if the amendments to that rule made by these Regulations had not been made.
