This Section contains rules about probate claims.
Probate claims in the High Court are assigned to F2a Property, Trusts and Probate List of the Business and Property Division.
Probate claims in the County Court must be started in accordance with paragraph 4.1(b) of Practice Direction 57AA.
All probate claims are allocated to the multi-track.
