Claims relating to matters arising out of the 1994 Act and other intellectual property rights set out in F2Practice Direction 63 must be started in—
a General IP List or the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court of the Business and Property Division; or
the County Court in accordance with paragraph 4.1(b) of Practice Direction 57AA.
