(1)

The Financial List is a single specialist list. Claims in the Financial List F2must be commenced in the F3Business and Property Division at the Rolls Building.

(2)

The F4President of the Business and Property Division and the Judge in Charge of the Commercial Court have joint overall responsibility for all claims in the Financial List.
