Rule 15 is amended as follows.

In the heading to rule 15 for the words “the appeal” there is substituted the word “a”.

In sub-rule (1) after the word “appeal” there are inserted the words “or of an application”.

In sub-rule (2) after the word “appeal” there are inserted the words “or of an application”.
(5)
In sub-rule (3) the word “appeal” is omitted.
