Article 20 Compulsory acquisition of land and rightsI1

Subject to article 23 (compulsory acquisition of rights) and article 33 (Crown rights) the undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required for the authorised project or to facilitate, or is incidental, to it.
