Section 97 Fines for breach of such byelaws.C1C2C3
The commissioners may by such byelaws impose such reasonable penalties upon all persons, being officers or servants of the commissioners, offending against such byelaws as the commissioners think fit, not exceeding F1level 1 on the standard scale for any one offence.
