Paragraph 9

United Kingdom

The following provisions shall not apply—

(a)

F1section 761 of the Companies Act 2006 (public company share capital requirements), and

(b)

section 122(1)(b) of the M1Insolvency Act 1986 (winding up by the court: lack of certificate under F2section 761 of 2006 Act).
