Regulation 21 Guidance

must issue, and may from time to time revise, guidance for the purposes of these Regulations;

must, before issuing their guidance or revised guidance, consult such network providers, infrastructure operators and other persons as OFCOM think appropriate; and

must publish their guidance or revised guidance in such manner as they think appropriate.
