Ss. 65, 68, 80 repealed by Insurance Companies Amendment Act 1973 (c. 58), Sch.2 and by Companies Consolidation (Consequential Provisions) Act 1985 (c. 9, SIF 27), s. 29, Sch. 1, it is provided that the whole Act is repealed, except so much of Part II as remains unrepealed immediately before the commencement (1.7.1985) of that 1985 Act (with savings in Sch.4 of the Insurance Companies Act 1982 (c. 50,SIF 67))
