Section 91 Restriction of institution of proceedings in respect of offences under Part II.C1
England, Wales and Scotland
Proceedings in respect of an offence under this Part of this Act shall not, in England or Wales, be instituted except by, or with the consent of, the F1Treasury, the Industrial Assurance Commissioner or the Director of Public Prosecutions.
