Section 690B Scope of sections 691 and 692.F1
England, Wales and Scotland
Sections 691 and 692 shall not apply to any limited company which—
(a)
is incorporated outside the United Kingdom and Gibraltar, and
(b)
has a branch in the United Kingdom.
