Paragraph 65

In section 126 of the Companies Act 1985 (variation of class rights: saving for court's powers under other provisions)—

(a)

for “section 425 (court control of company compromising with members and creditors)” substitute “ section 899 of the Companies Act 2006 (court sanction for compromise or arrangement with creditors or members) ”;

(b)

for “section 427 (company reconstruction or amalgamation)” substitute “ section 900 of that Act (powers of court to facilitate reconstruction or amalgamation) ”.
