In section 131(7) of the Companies Act 1985 (merger relief: definitions), in the definition of “arrangement” in the closing words, for “section 425 (company compromise with members and creditors)” substitute “ section 899 of the Companies Act 2006 (court sanction for compromise or arrangement with creditors or members) ”.
