The Competition Act 1998 is amended as follows.

(2)

In section 38 (the appropriate level of a penalty) for subsection (10)(d) substitute—

“(d)

the Supreme Court.”

(3)

In section 47A (monetary claims before Tribunal) in subsection (7)(d) for “House of Lords” substitute “ Supreme Court ”.

(4)

In section 58A (findings of infringements) in subsection (4)(c) for “House of Lords” substitute “ Supreme Court ”.

(5)

In Schedule 13 (transitional provisions and savings) in paragraph 10 for sub-paragraph (6)(e) substitute—

“(e)

the Supreme Court.”
