The provisions of this Schedule apply to the United Kingdom in respect of Northern Ireland.
(2)
In this Schedule—
“enforcement authority” means any district council in Northern Ireland F1or the Secretary of State;
“supply” includes offering to supply, agreeing to supply, exposing for supply and possessing for supply, and related expressions shall be construed accordingly.
