Regulation 3 Competent authority
The competent authority for the United Kingdom F1in respect of Great Britain for the purposes F2... of the 2011 Regulation is—
F3...an enforcement authority; and
such person as the Secretary of State thinks fit to authorise from time to time to be a F4... competent authority, or to perform certain functions of a competent authority, in addition to or in substitution for the Secretary of State.
