Section 178 Local Acts.

The F1Treasury or the Department of Commerce for Northern Ireland may by order make such amendments or repeals of any provision of any local Act as appears to the Treasury or, as the case may be, the Department, necessary or expedient in consequence of the replacement by this Act of the enactments relating to pawnbrokers and moneylenders.
