Coming into force 10th March 1997
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 52, 152, 182(2) and 189(1) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974f1 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
