The Operation of Air Services in the Community (Pricing etc.) Regulations 2013 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 3(1), omit the following definitions—

(a)

“electronic address”;

(b)

“electronic communication”;

(c)

“electronic communications network”;

(d)

“enforcement order”;

(e)

“enforcement subject”;

(f)

“interim enforcement order”.

Omit regulation 3(2).

Omit regulations 6 to 27.
