Tank washings or garbage landed in Great Britain.

In this paragraph—

  • F2“tank washings” has the same meaning as in paragraph 36 of Schedule 1 to the Waste Management Licensing (Scotland) Regulations 2011;

  • “garbage” has the same meaning as in regulation 1(2) of the Merchant Shipping (Reception Facilities for Garbage) Regulations 1988f1.
