The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 83(2), 84 and 174 of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021f1, make the following Regulations.
A draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by a resolution of Senedd Cymru in accordance with section 174(4) and (5)(k) and (l) of that Act.
