Paragraph 53 I1

At least 56 days prior to the submission of the landscape, biodiversity, access and recreation delivery strategy (“LaBARDS”) to the relevant planning authority in accordance with requirement 12, the undertaker must invite TWUL (in accordance with paragraph 56) to review and input into the LaBARDS proposed to be submitted to the relevant planning authority and the undertaker must include such reasonable suggestions made by TWUL in relation to the part of the Crossness Nature Reserve owned by TWUL.
