Paragraph 54 I1

If TWUL does not respond to the invitation to which paragraph 53 refers within the 56 day period, TWUL shall be deemed to have rejected the invitation and the undertaker may proceed to submitting the LaBARDS to the relevant planning authority without any input from TWUL.
